PROJECT OVERVIEW
Reynolds Energy Services was hired to perform an energy audit of the Riverfront Office Center (the “ROC”) for replica iwc portuguese Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in conjunction with the Dauphin County General Authority. 

 

Based on the audit and analysis, Reynolds proposed energy efficiency measures (EEM) comprising of a comprehensive interactive project that reduces heating and electrical loads, improves equipment and operational efficiency, and addresses key infrastructure needs. The EEMs are as follows:
