Every year Reynolds’ hosts several employee events that in the past included a family picnic, a holiday party and golf outing. The employee-led Social Committee also plans additional, recreational activities throughout the year.

Reynolds is proud to participate in and support many community events and charities. Reynolds is a huge supporter of United Way and has earned their highest award, the Excellence in Leadership Award. We also strive for an eco-friendly workplace by recycling our office waste and purchasing recycled products.

History   ...COMMUNICATION
To enhance communication within our team, Reynolds sends a bi-weekly email newsletter, The Reynolds News to all employees. The newsletter highlights new projects, new hires and other company information. Also, Reynolds holds two, full staff meetings each year. The purpose of these meetings is to communicate the company’s progress throughout the year.
...EDUCATION
Reynolds’ employees are encouraged to continue their education, both through in-house training and external instruction. To this end, many team members have earned professional certifications. Additionally, Reynolds’ employees and the company maintain memberships in numerous technical and professional associations.
